QHHT® is a hypnosis technique developed by Dolores Cannon that provides an opportunity for inner exploration through a deeply relaxed state of awareness. Every person's experience is different. There is no particular belief you need to hold, no specific experience you need to have and no predetermined outcome you need to seek. The most meaningful discoveries begin with simply being open to the possibilities.
A Little About Me
My own journey of transformation changed the way I see myself, the world and the possibilities life holds. What began as a personal awakening eventually led me to QHHT® and a desire to create space for others to explore their own inner worlds.
Today, my background includes Certified QHHT® Practitioner Level II, studies in Remote Viewing I & II at The Monroe Institute, Reiki and Healing Cards. My certifications are part of my path but my life experience is an important part of what I bring to this work too. Each have contributed to my ongoing curiosity about consciousness, intuition and the many ways we can explore our inner worlds. I believe life is meant to be lived with an open heart, a curious mind and a willingness to discover what lies beyond the familiar. I know what it feels like to question old beliefs, step into the unknown and discover that change can begin from within.
I'm still learning, still growing and still amazed by the journey.
